Canned GameCube Gremlin Third Person Shooter?

OMG. This game could of seriously rocked. I loved the Gremlins growing up and the game on the NES was so much fun!

I have a feeling the new Wii Gremlins game won't turn out to be that great, sounds more of a pet-sim.
