Keiji Inafune's "King of Pirates" Announced!

Keiji Inafune, co-creator of Megaman, and producer of Onimusha and Dead Rising has revealed his next title, King of Pirates, for 3DS…


Not much is known about Inafune-san’s first game since leaving Capcom last year, except it follows the story of Sangokushi. The game will feature over 300 characters all based on animals such as penguins, cows, monkeys and dragons.
Inafune has said the game will form part of a trilogy and feature a lot of drama focussing on friendship and betrayal.

The game is scheduled to launch in Japan October 2012.
