First we have Ken Levine, telling us that although he was in the Wii U sizzle reel singing Nintendos praises, he has no intention of working on the new console. This was followed by a few mixed reports that some games shown for the Wii U (albeit on PS3/360 hardware) might not make it. Over the past few weeks we have seen some high profile 3DS games bite the dust, most notably Assasins Creed: Lost Legacy. Others include Saints Row: Drive By, DJ Hero 3D and My Garden. There are also reports that the 3DS iteration of Ninja Gaiden may be next on the chopping board, Yosuke Hayashi from Team Ninja say "they are concentrating on Ninja Gaiden 3 nd that the 3DS version is still very early in development."
Is it just me, or should we be worried that Nintendo are still dropping the ball when courting third parties?
It's not Nintendo, it's the thirds jumping ship again. I'm not sure what can be done about it to be honest. One high profile dev needs to jump in and take a risk. Capcom jumped in late in the Gamecube's life and gave us one of the best games of all time......Capcom, help us out pllllleeeassse!
