For a minute there, I was worried that Europe was going to be left out....
In the above spreadsheet, its clearly visible that 'Spirit Camera' will launch on 3DS in Europe during 2012. The game is already out in Japan and comes out in North America during March, so hopefully we won't have to wait very long!
