3DS price cut hitting some stores early?

There are reports coming in that Walmart are due to reduce the price of the 3DS a couple days early on August 9th. Obviously this only works for the US, however those UK readers out there, might be worth checking with Asda considering they're owned by Walmart, you know, just in case....
